Abstract
The present Regulations enforce the Fisheries Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-14). Section 3 establishes that the Regulations apply in respect of fishing in the Canadian fisheries waters off the Yukon Territory and in the waters of the Yukon Territory other than the waters of a National Park of Canada located in that Territory. The text consists of 11 sections as follows: Short title (1); Interpretation (2); Application (3); Licences and conservation cards – general (4); National Fishing Week (4.1); Inuvialuit subsistence fishery (5); Commercial and domestic fishery (6); Sport fishing (7); Fishery closures (8); Prohibitions (9): Prescribed ticketable offences (10); Fines (11). Seven Schedules are enclosed.
