Yukon Territory Fishery Regulations (C.R.C., c. 854).

The present Regulations enforce the Fisheries Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-14). Section 3 establishes that the Regulations apply in respect of fishing in the Canadian fisheries waters off the Yukon Territory and in the waters of the Yukon Territory other than the waters of a National Park of Canada located in that Territory.
