Abstract
These By-Laws consist of 18 sections divided into 5 Parts: Shellfish (I); Spearfishing (II); Net fishing (III); Miscellaneous (IV); Penalty (V). The text is completed by a Schedule.
They apply to the islands of Aitutaki, Manuae and Te-Au-O-Tonga and extend to the waters surrounding the islands seaward up to the 200 nautical mile limit.
