Continental Shelf Amendment Act (No. 17 of 1977).

This Amendment of the Continental Shelf Act redefines "continental shelf" and adds a definition of "mineral". This Act also gives powers to the High Commissioner to delineate the actual boundaries of the continental shelf for purposes of implementing any international agreement, or for any other purpose in accordance with international law.
