Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of the Cook Islands Investment Corporation. It lays down provisions on the functions and management of the Cook Islands Investment Corporation; the composition and powers of the Board of the Corporation; monitoring of the activities of the Corporation by the Public Expenditure Review Committee; disposal of assets; and the management and disposal of the property of the Cook Islands Government Property Corporation by the Cook Islands Investment Corporation.
