Abstract
These Regulations provide rules for standards of professional competence and conduct; fines for breach of regulations or of the principal Act; duties of land agents in respect of clients, other agents and third parties; conflicts of interest; fees charged by land agents; and prohibition of unethical actions. These regulations bind all current and former land agents.
