Marine Resources Amendment Act, 1991 (Act No. 1).

This Act shall be read together with and deemed part of the Marine Resources Act. It consists of 11 sections amending sections of the 1989 Act which deal with: access agreement; drifnet fishing activities; cancellation or suspension of fishing licences; prohibited fishing methods; powers of authorized officers between limits of fishery waters; removal of parts from seized vessels; courts power of forfeiture; removal of item in custody; jurisdiction of the High Court; observer devices.
