Abstract
This Act amends the Seabed Mineral Act 2009 by; adding in section 7 the definition of the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea; repealing subsection (3) of section 51; modifying provisions regarding tiles, fees and insuranace against harm to the environment and other matters.
