Seabed Minerals (Minerals Harvesting and Other Mining) Regulations 2024.

These Regulations lay down rules as regards the application for and grant of mining license over blocks; the obligations prior to the commencement of mining under license and relating to the conduct of mining under license; risk of incidents and notifiable events and matters relating to insurance; responding to and management of incidents; the obligation of keeping records and reporting; review of mining work plans and variation of any work plan; monitoring, inspections, and enforcement; the application for and grant of renewal of mining license; and the obligations following expiration, surrender or termination of license.
