Abstract
These Regulations provide for the free allocation of water for domestic use for eligible customers with an eligible connection, for the period beginning on 1 October 2024 and ending on 30 September 2025, up to and including 50,000 litres per month. Regulation 5 determines the monthly fees for members of catchment committees. Regulation 6 addresses annual operating budget for catchment committees to support the meetings of each catchment committee.
