Abstract
These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation, aiming to standardize the practice of certification, certification training and consulting personnel, and strengthen the management of the certification market.
The state implements a unified practice qualification registration system for personnel engaged in certification and certification training and consulting activities, such as management system certification auditors. State public servants shall not engage in certification, certification consulting and certification training activities.
