Abstract
These Measures are formulated according to the Seed Law of the People's Republic of China, aiming to strengthen the management of crop seed production and business operation permits, and regulate the order of crop seed production and operation. The Measures consist of 38 Articles.
The Measures provide for the conditions, procedures and requirements for the application, examination, issuance and supervision of crop seed production and operation permits.
The Measures further provide for offences and penalties, etc.
