Administrative Measures Governing Collection and Utilization of the Reforestation Fund.

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Forestry Law of the People's Republic of China, aiming to protect the forest resources and promote the sustainable development of forestry. The Text consists of 21 Articles. Article 2 provides for the sources of funding of the afforestation funds. The afforestation funds shall be used for cultivation, protection and management of forest resources (art. 11). Further articles concern the collection and management of the afforestation funds and legal responsibilities.
