Abstract
The purpose of these Measures is to further improve the water quality of the environment in Hebei province, regulate the management of ecological compensation, and improve the efficiency of funds. The Measures consist of 13 articles. The Measures provide for the requirements and rules to be satisfied regarding the source, allocation, use, management, supervision and inspection of compensation.
