Abstract
These Measures aim to strengthen the management of hydropower engineering survey and design, and ensure the quality of survey and design quality and engineering safety. The Text consists of 36 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General provisions; Qualification and contract; Technical requirements; Technical review; On-site services; Design changes; Design review; Supplementary provisions.
The entities engaging in the survey and design of hydropower projects shall have the corresponding qualifications as prescribed by the State. The State shall implement the technical examination system for the hydropower engineering survey and design documents. Sectoral technical management units shall be entrusted to carry out technical examination of the survey and design documents.
