Abstract
These Measures aim to regulate the power supply enterprises' inspection on the use of electric power, and safeguard the normal order of the supply and use of electric power and the public safety. The Text consists of 35 articles divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Content and scope of inspection (II); Organization and staff qualifications (III); Inspection procedures (IV); Inspection disciplines (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
The electricity utilization management departments of power grid business enterprises of the inter provincial power grid, the provincial power grid and independent power grid, shall be equipped with full-time staff in charge of the grid electrical inspection.
