Abstract
These Provisions, consisting of 27 Articles, are enacted to strengthen the management of the law enforcement certificates of surveying and mapping geoinformation, and standardize the administrative law enforcement behavior of surveying and mapping geographic information.
The National Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information shall be responsible for the administration of administrative law enforcement certificates for surveying and mapping geographic information. The Measures further make provisions for the application, registration, use and supervision and administration of administrative law enforcement certificates for surveying and mapping geographic information.
