Administrative Measures for National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks.

These Measures are enacted in accordance with the requirements of National Innovation-driven Development Strategy Outline, the rural revitalization strategies and regional coordinated development strategies, aiming to further strengthen the construction and standardized management of national agricultural science and technology parks, deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply side, and promote the modernization of agricultural and rural areas.
The Measures mainly includes the requirements and rules to be satisfied for the application, review, approval, construction, management, acceptance, monitoring, evaluation of the national agricultural science and technology parks.
