Abstract
These Measures are formulated to regulate the construction of national reserve forests, ensure timber security, and improve the ecological environment.
Combined with national land greening, various support funds may be used in accordance with regulations to support the development of national reserve forests in areas such as artificial afforestation, restoration of degraded forests, and forest nurturing. Social capital is encouraged and supported to participate in the development of national reserve forests.
