Abstract
These Measures are enacted in accordance with the Law on Tax Collection and Administration, the Environmental Protection Tax Law, aiming to standardize the management of the environmental protection tax of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The Measures consist of 14 articles.
The Measures make provisions for the determination and verification of the types, quantities of pollutants discharged and taxable amount, tax collection system, etc.
