Abstract
These Measures are enacted to regulate the quarantine and supervision of entry and exit cruises. The Measures consist of 45 articles divided into 9 Chapters: General matters; Risk management; Inspection and quarantine of entry cruises; Inspection and quarantine of exit cruises; Quarantine treatment; Handling of sudden public health incidents; Supervision and administration; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions.
The Customs implement risk management on inbound and outbound cruises. Cruise buniness operators are responsible for establishing and operating the cruise public health and safety system, including: (1) food safety control plan; 2 Drinking water safety control plan; 3 Entertainment water safety control plan; 4 Medical vector monitoring program; 5 Hygiene system for public places on cruise ships; 6 Waste management system; 7 Mechanism for responding to public health emergencies.; etc. Cruise buniness operators are responsible for establishing a comprehensive management measures plan for cruise pests, conducting relevant monitoring, prevention, and reporting work, and controlling the spread of pests (Art.6-7).
