Abstract
These Measures are developed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on the Inspection of Import and Export and the Regulation on the Implementation thereof, for purposes of strengthening the random inspection of imported and exported commodities, regulating the random inspection and supervision and administration of import and export commodities, and safeguarding public interests. The Measures consist of 32 articles.
The random inspection shall focus on import and export commodities about which domestic and foreign consumers complain more in safety, health and environmental protection, that are returned in large quantity and have had major quality accidents, and on which new special technical requirements have been imposed at home and abroad (art.3).
