Administrative Measures for the Safety of Places of Origin of Agricultural Products.

The purposes of these Measures are to strengthen the administration and improve the conditions of the places of origin of agricultural products. These Measures shall designate prohibited agricultural product production areas in areas where toxic and harmful substances in the agricultural products do not meet the agricultural product quality safety standards. Agriculture administrative departments shall promote clean production technologies and methods, develop dynamic agriculture, work out plans on pollution prevention, and shall be responsible for the supervision and inspection of the safety of places of origin of agricultural products.
