Abstract
These Measures aims to strengthen the management of government reserves of grain and oil, standardize the quality inspection and sampling activities of government reserves, promote the institutionalization and standardization of quality inspection work, ensure the representativeness of sampling and the accuracy of inspection results.
The Measures consist of 5 Chapters: General provisions; Sampling; Inspection and judgment; Work disciplines; Supplementary provisions.
