Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 19 articles, set out provisions on the filing management of non-food producers and business operators engaged in refrigerated and frozen food storage services.
Refrigerated and frozen food storage service providers shall file with the district-level Market Regulation Bureau at their location within 30 working days from the date of obtaining their business license. If there are multiple storage facilities within the municipal, each location shall be filed separately, and a filing certificate shall be obtained for each.

Entry into force notes
These Measures shall come into force on July 1, 2025, and shall remain effective for five years.
Notes
The Notice of the Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision Commission on Issuing the Administrative Measures for the Filing of Refrigerated and Frozen Food Storage Service Providers in Tianjin(Tianjin Market Regulation \[2020] No. 7) shall be repealed simultaneously.
