Administrative Provisions on Fire Control Examination and Approval of Building Designation and Construction in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.

These Provisions, consisting of 14 Articles, are enacted in order to strengthen the administration on fire control examination and approval of building designation and construction in Shenzhen special economic zone.
Construction unit, who constructs any kind of the buildings as prescribed in Article 3, shall submit fire control designation picture and material of the project to the fire control organ for examination and approval. Construction unit shall construct according to designation picture of fire prevention which have been examined as qualified, be responsible for the construction of project’s fire control system, and ensure fire control safety of construction site. Fire control organ shall carry out supervision and inspection.
