Abstract
In order to further consolidate and develop the traditional neighborly and friendly relation between the two countries and facilitate bilateral cross-border grazing of inhabitants of border areas, the two countries have agreed that cross- border grazing areas should be accessible, convenient areas within the scope of 30 kilometers away from the border. Every year before the implementation of the cross-border gazing, the local governments of both sides shall discuss and decide the following matters according to the actual situation: the number of animals; cross-border grazing season; epidemic prevention and quarantine measures; and measures taken by respective governments to improve grassland degradation. The cross-border gazing arrangement shall not violate the international treaties and bilateral agreement signed by both Parties and their respective domestic laws.
