Agreement between the government of the People's Republic of China and the government of the Socialism Republic of Romania on technical cooperation in the sphere livestock epidemic prevention and quarantine.

This Agreement consists of 5 articles. Article 2 states that exports of the livestock, livestock products and animal feeds from one Party to the other must be accompanied with veterinary health certificate or veterinary quarantine certificates issued by the authorized institutions of the State of exporting country. Article 3 provide for the list of quarantine animal diseases. This list may be supplemented or reduced through consulation of the both Parties' authorities. The validity of this Agreement is 5 years, renewable.
