Abstract
The contracting Parties shall have the obligation to notify in writing of the occurrence and control in their respective countries of the plant diseases and insect pests as stipulated in the Annex to this Agreement. The Agreement provides for measures to prevent spread plant quarantine pest, weeds, including: any plants and plant products to be exported must be accompanied with an official quarantine certificate issued by the exporting country to prove they do not contain the quarantine pests stipulated in in the Annex to the Agreement; the list of plant quarantine pests and diseases may only be changed through the consultation between the national authorities of the two countries; requirements for packing; etc.
