Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Malaysia on Expanding and Deepening Economic and Trade Cooperation.

The two Parties agreed to strengthen, promote and develop their comprehensive economic and trade cooperation on the basis of equality and mutual benefit in accordance with this Agreement and the laws, regulations and national policies of both countries. Both Parties should take necessary measures to encourage and promote economic cooperation in the following areas: agriculture, infrastructure, manufacturing, wholesale and retail, investment, mineral resources, technical trade measures, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, etc.
