Abstract
This Agreement is grounded in the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence, aiming to deepen friendly relations between the two countries, establish measures to promote stability, maintain tranquility in border areas, and enhance cooperation for mutual benefit.
Both Parties agree: to consult on water use of boundary rivers and maintain their cleanliness. Environmental Protection: to prohibit pollution and ecological damage near the boundary and ensures wildlife conservation; to cooperat on forest fire prevention and joint action against infectious diseases in humans, animals, and plants; to promote trade between border inhabitants, and ensures trade is conducted in accordance with respective national laws; etc.
