Abstract
The Contracting Parties agree to establish a Mixed Commission for Economic, Technical and Trade Cooperation between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the State of Kuwait.
The tasks of the Mixed Committee are:1. to check the implementation of the agreements signed between the two countries, including: economic and technological cooperation agreement, trade agreement; 2. to expand economic and technological cooperation and trade between the two countries; 3. to check the projects proposed by the two countries and determine the relevant competent authorities of the projects and the progress of the implementation of the projects.
