Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on the mutual assistance and cooperation in the sphere of veterinary epidemic prevention and quarantine.

Abstract
This Agreement consists of 9 articles. Article 2 states that the contracting parties agree to promote the cooperation on veterinary and quarantine and take measures to prevent the spread of veterinary diseases from one party to the other. Livestock, poultry, wild animals exporting from one party to the other must be free from diseases, and livestock products, feeds, animal by-products must be received without bacteria contamination, and accompanied with a veterinary quarantine certificate issued by national veterinary quarantine authority of exporting country. Article 3 provide for the quarantine animal diseases. The validity of this Agreement is 5 years, renewable.
