Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Royal Thai Government on the Establishment of a Joint Commission on Trade, Investment, and Economic Cooperation.

Both Contracting Parties agree to establish a Joint Commission on Trade, Investment and Economic Cooperation.   The tasks of the Joint Committee include:   (1) Examine the implementation of all agreements signed by the contracting parties in the field of trade, investment and economic cooperation, and provide guidance for clearing related obstacles or resolving problems arising in the implementation of this Agreement or related agreements (arrangements); (2) Study and explore the possibility of expanding and deepening cooperation in the areas of trade, investment and economic cooperation, and implement them; etc.
