Agreement on the peaceful use of nuclear energy cooperation between the government of the People's Republic of China and the government of the Republic of Belarus.

The two Parties agree to develop bilateral cooperation on the peaceful uses of atomic energy in accordance with their respective existing laws and regulations and abide by their respective international obligations and commitments.
The areas of cooperation between the two Parties may include: (1) the research and development of the basis and application of the peaceful use of atomic energy; (2) research of nuclear power plant, reactor design, construction and operation; (3) nuclear safety, nuclear regulations, radiation protection and environmental protection; etc.
