Agreement on Trade and Safety of feed and feed ingredients between the Export Inspection Council (EIC), Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of India and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) of the People's Republic of China.

This Agreement aims at strengthening the mutual cooperation in trade and safety of feed and feed ingredients, and to meet the regulatory requirements with respect to safety & hygiene and plant quarantine requirements with respect to the feed and feed ingredients and to address the issue of growing trade deficit between the two countries.
Each party will recognize the other party as Competent Authority to issue Certificate of Export and conducting the verification as per the legal requirements of both parties. Both parties will inform each other the relevant laws and regulations covering inspection of feed and feed ingredients and of any changes in the laws and rules.
