Announcement of the General Administration of Customs No. 33of 2021 (Announcement on Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Imported BulgarianHoney).

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry of the Republic of Bulgaria on the Inspection, Quarantine and Hygiene Requirements of Honey Exported to China, the import of Bulgarian honey meeting the relevant requirements is allowed from the date of this Announcement. The inspection and quarantine requirements, including those for labelling/packaging, certification and transport for imported Bulgarian honey are provided in the Annex.
The residues of veterinary drugs, pesticides, microorganisms, heavy metals and other environmental pollutants shall not exceed the maximum limits of China and Bulgaria.
