Abstract
According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Agricultural Quarantine Bureau of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Plant Quarantine Requirements for Importing Nigerian Sorghum for Feed, the sorghum for feed from Nigeria meeting the relevant requirements is allowed to be imported to China.
The specific plant quarantine requirements are promulgated in the Annex, including the requirements for: basis for inspection and quarantine; name of imported goods allowed; production and packing/storage; quarantine and certificates; registration of exporting enterprises and storage enterprises; etc.
Without processing, imported sorghum shall not enter the circulation market directly. It is forbidden to import sorghum for planting.
