Abstract
These Requirements are formulated in accordance with the Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China , Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Export Inspection Commission of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of India on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Conditions for importing of Chilli Spent from India to China.
Chilli spent to be imported to China must come from the registered production and processing enterprises approved by the Export Inspection Commission of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of India (hereinafter referred to as EIC), and be recommended by EIC to the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) for registration after inspection or examination. Processing enterprises should establish hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) system, traceability management system which are operated effectively, or implement management in accordance with the concept of HACCP. The requirements for quarantine pests and animal quarantine diseases, storage and transportation are also stipulated.
