Announcement No. 38 of 2021 of the General Administration of Customs (Announcement on Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Imported Chilean Horses).

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of Chile on the Quarantine and Health Requirements for Horses Imported from Chile, Chilean horses meeting the relevant requirements are allowed to be imported from the date of this announcement.
Requirements to be met for imported horses from Chile on quarantine, transport, animal health, animal walfare, etc. are provided in the Annex.
