Abstract
This Annoucement is issued in accordance with the Food Safety Law and Consumer Protection Law, aiming to further standardize the labeling of infant formula milk powder products, urge enterprises to implement their main responsibilities and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
The labelling of infant formula milk powder products shall comply with food safety laws, regulations, standards and relevant provisions on product formula registration. The contents shall be true, accurate, clear and easy to distinguish, which shall not contain false, exaggerated, misleading words, graphics or absolute contents. The recommended consumption amount or feeding amount on the product label shall have scientific basis and be expressed rigorously, and the words "must" and "strict" shall not be used.
