Abstract
This standard provides the general requirements for wine producers to have cleaner production on the basis of meeting the national and local emission standards and in line with the existing technological, equipment and managerial levels of this industry. It classifies the indicators for clean production into five kinds, that is, requirements for production techniques and equipment, indicators for the use of resources and energy, pollutant indicators (prior to the end-of-pipe treatment), indicators for waste recycling, and environmental management requirements.
