Announcement No. 68 [2022] of the General Administration of Customs (Announcement on Phytosanitary Requirements for Chinese Fresh Pears Exported to Ecuador).

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Plant and Animal Health Control Bureau of the Republic of Ecuador on the Phytosanitary Requirements for Chinese Fresh Pears to be exported to Ecuador, the export of Chinese fresh pears to Ecuador that meet the relevant requirements is allowed.
The phytosanitary requirements for Chinese fresh pears to be exported are described in the Annex of the Announcement, which include those for: approved orchards and packing houses, quarantine, labelling/packaging, transportation, phytosanitary certification, and the list of quarantine pests of concern to Ecuador.
