Arrangement between the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Thailand on Strengthening Inspection and Quarantine Cooperation.

The purpose of this Arrangement is to further promote Sino-Thai trade relations, especially the trade of fruits and vegetables, speed up the cooperation process so that the China-Thai agricultural trade can be developed properly and efficiently.
The two Parties have already exchanged lists of 16 fruits to be included in the new protocol on the inspection and quarantine conditions of bilateral fruits and vegetables. Both Parties agreed to speed up the process of finalizing the above-mentioned list; Both parties further agreed that prior to the establishment of the list, the export of fruits and vegetables listed in the list only requires a phytosanitary certificate, and the pesticide residues cannot exceed the importer's standards and comply with international standards.
