Abstract
These Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law and the Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Strengthening the Quality and Safety Management of Refrigerated and Frozen Foods.
The Chongqing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation is responsible for guiding the filing and registration management of refrigerated and frozen food storage service providers across the city. District and county-level market regulation bureaus are specifically tasked with managing the filing of storage service providers within their respective jurisdictions. All non-food producers and operators engaged in refrigerated and frozen food storage services in the city fall within the scope of filing. Storage service providers shall apply for filing with the market regulation bureau of the district or county where their storage facility is located within 30 working days from the date of obtaining their business license, and submit the required documents accordingly. Upon receiving the application materials, the district or county market regulation bureau will conduct a document review. If the materials meet the requirements, a Chongqing Municipal Filing (Information Collection) Certificate for Refrigerated and Frozen Food Storage Service Providers will be issued on the spot.
