This Circular is released by the Central Leading Group on the Response of New Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia to coordinate the novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control and the spring ploughing production.
Local governments should implement the policy of minimum purchase price for wheat and rice, the policy of subsidies for corn and soybean producers, guide farmers to arrange planting structure reasonably, stabilize early rice areas and strive to expand them, help farmers who are short of labor force. Other Measures proposed in the Text include: Refine the prevention and control plan for rural outbreaks; Arrange production resumption in low-risk, medium-risk and high-risk areas; Guarantee the supply of agricultural materials for spring cultivation; etc.
