Circular of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on Optimizing the Examination and Approval Services during the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Outbreak.

In order to effectively guarantee the supply of agricultural materials and the agricultural production during the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia, the measures for optimizing the agricultural administrative approval services are proposed in this Circular.
Priority shall be given to the application for approval number of veterinary disinfectant products, so as to meet the urgent need of epidemic prevention in livestock and poultry farms. For the application for approval of renewal of approval number of veterinary drug products, if the on-site inspection, sampling and recheck inspection cannot be carried out due to the impact of epidemic situation, the relevant procedures will be temporarily exempted. The import registration certificates of pesticides, fertilizers, feeds and feed additives expires or exceed the renewal application period, and the renewal applications cannot be submitted on time due to the impact of the epidemic situation, it is allowed to submit the renewal applications later.
