Abstract
This Circular aims to ensure that the Solid Waste Environmental Pollution Control Law, the Reform Program for Capacity Building for Hazardous Waste Management, Utilization and Disposal and other relevant rules and policies are rigorously implemented and advance the digital transformation of hazardous waste environmental management. It requires hazardous waste generators to use a national online system to keep a record of hazardous waste, report on hazardous waste and manage electronic manifests for the transportation of hazardous waste.
