Abstract
The Ministry of Transport has decided to make the following amendments to the Provisions of the People's Republic of China on Marine and Maritime Administrative Punishments : 1. Delete Chapter 4. 2. Add one article as Article 64: "the Administrative Penalty Provisions for Transportation shall govern the administrative penalty procedures for marine and maritime."
