Decision of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of the Tibet Autonomous Region on the applicable taxes of air pollutants and water pollutants.

This Decision is made according to the provisions of the environmental protection tax law of the People's Republic of China. The Decision provides for the applicable tax rates of the environmental protection tax on taxable atmospheric and water pollutants in the Tibet autonomous region. |The tax rates shall be adjusted in a timely manner according to the change of environmental carrying capacity, the change of pollutant discharge and the goal of economic and social ecological development.
