Abstract
These Measures are formulated to strengthen power supply business management, establish normal power supply business order, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both suppliers and users.
The Measures consist of 110 articles divided into 10 Chapters: General provisions; Power supply method; Newly installed, increased capacity, and changed electricity usage; Construction and maintenance management of power supply and distribution facilities; Power supply quality and safety; Electricity metering and electricity fee settlement; Grid connected power plants; Electricity supply and consumption contracts and breach of contract liability; Prevention and handling of electricity theft; Supplementary provisions.
